Dear Andy,

We had our windows, back door and a new porch provided by you last week. This letter is to say how pleased we both are with the results.

I have to say that the 3 installers who did the work were extremely good. They turned up on time, they cleaned up after themselves each time and were extremely helpful.

Not only was the work to a high standard, everything was explained in detail. The main person in charge was so passionate about the product and we were only too pleased to put a display board outside our property.

The whole gang displayed a very good work ethos. They were polite and friendly, good humoured and were a pleasure to be around. I have never come across such a professional and enthusiastic bunch of people before. No problem was too difficult to overcome.

As you were our first point of contact with Van Dukes, we are sending this letter to you.

We came to you in early June with an idea for a conservatory. Within a few days we received plans for our proposed conservatory which we readily accepted. Your surveyor came a week later to measure up, with a forecast of 5 weeks to fitment. To our suprise, within two days notice, our conservatory was built on 14/15 July. We cannot praise your team of Dan and Charlie enough. They worked non stop for the two days, and did a truly professional job. They cleared the site of all the rubbish, and spent the last two hours cleaning and polishing the entire build.

We are totally happy with our new conservatory and would recommend Van Dukes to any proposed purchaser.
